And the professionals facilitating those deals? Independent mortgage brokers, residential LOs expanding into commercial, local operators helping local investors improve local communities. The people the big firms ignore because the deals lack enough zeros to matter to them. 

That bothered me. 

They’re the ones who understand their markets, know their borrowers, and show up when the big shops don’t. But the best tools — AI matching, smart distribution, mandate management — were being custom-built for firms with the resources to afford them. So I built something different.
