- Deal and financial information: Loan amounts, property details, deal terms, and other information related to commercial real estate transactions you submit through the platform.
- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Communications: Messages you send to us or through the platform, including support requests.
Some fields are required to use specific features; others are optional. If you don’t provide required information, you may not be able to use that feature.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website or use our Services, we automatically collect:

- Match brokers with lenders through SmartMatch and related platform features.
- Process deal submissions, lender invitations, quotes, and related workflows.
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and product updates.
- Send marketing communications about our products and services (you can opt out anytime).
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and policy violations.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Analyze usage to understand how the Services are used and improve them.
- Create aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you, which we may use or share for any business purpose.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With lenders and counterparties. When you submit a deal or send a lender invitation through the platform, we share the information necessary to facilitate the transaction with the lenders or counterparties you choose to engage.
- With service providers. We use third-party vendors to host the platform, process payments, send emails, analyze usage, and provide other operational services. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- With your consent. We share information for any other purpose with your permission.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, or government requests; to enforce our terms; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public; or to investigate fraud or security issues.

7. Email Integrations (Gmail and Outlook)
You can connect your Gmail or Outlook account to the Services to enable specific features (such as calendar invites, deal communications, or lender outreach).
What we access
- Your email address and basic profile information.
- Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date, time).
- Calendar event data (events, attendees, times).
- Email or attachment content, only where you explicitly authorize it for a specific feature.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide the specific features you’ve requested. We do not use it to serve advertisements.
Important commitments
- We do not use Gmail or Outlook data to serve advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read your email content, except as necessary to comply with applicable law, address security or fraud issues, or with your explicit permission for support purposes.
- We do not transfer Gmail or Outlook data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, or as part of a business transfer.
- We do not use Gmail or Outlook data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
